I just wanted to thank you and American Home Improvement for your recent work on my home in Union, New Jersey. Because of your dedication to doing the best job possible, my home now has a beautiful new roof. I was amazed that it was installed in one day as promised! You offered me such a good price and started the job as soon as the weather would allow. I was so impressed by your work that I immediately hired your company to do a second job, which was repairing and repainting a large outdoor deck. It looks wonderful. Your painters were very careful not to get paint on a single blade of grass or my new stone patio. For several years, I worked for a family member who is a contractor, and I know firsthand that no job is ever without its problems. Stuff happens because life isn't perfect. The mark of an excellent company is how it handles those problems when they come up. I want to congratulate you for keeping your most important promise to me, that I would be satisfied and happy with the work you did on my most prized possession (my home). The manner in which the project was conducted was prompt and professional, and it was a pleasure dealing with a contractor that was forthright and kept his word. Despite obtaining several estimates for the project which I needed on my home, throughout the process, your company by far exceeded the others in every way. Much of this was due to the courtesy, professionalism and knowledge extended by your representative, who made the experience extremely positive. I also found it helpful and time-saving to get the documentation that your representative provided at our first meeting, evidencing your eagerness to provide full disclosure, including professional credentials, insurance, written guarantee of work and contract details.
